Returns & Exchanges
As a small business, we truly appreciate all your feedback and support! We hope you enjoy all our products.
To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, your item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in the original condition and packaging that you received it in within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.
Returns
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and inspected your returned item. We will also notify you after the inspection process of the approval or rejection of your returned item. If your returned item is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 3 to 10 business days, for the value of the item returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Once your exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The value of the exchanged item must be the same amount or less. We will also notify you of the current status of your exchange and tracking information for the exchanged item back to you.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Again, shipping costs to you are non-refundable. We don’t guarantee and cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
